To maintain the integrity and focus of safety in our facility, all of our instructors are professionally certified in pole fitness and/or lap dancing. Additionally, our instructors are all CPR/Basic First Aid certified.

Creating Sexy Silhouettes one woman at a time is our passion. We dedicate our time and support to every woman who walks through our door and leave them with a renewed sense of energy and well-being. The rewards of seeing positive change continues to keep our spirits and passion alive, thus continuing to change the lives of many.

Our History

Sexy Silhouettes By Sara was envisioned and founded by its creator, Sarabeth S. Sulio in December 2008. It was then that the final decision was made to obtain the official certification to become an Exotic Dance and Pole Fitness Instructor.

We became official in January 2009 and on March 1, 2009 our doors were officially opened for business to the public. On February 2, 2010, Sexy Silhouettes By Sara was featured on GROUPON and broke a record setting feature in the dance and fitness category with 1201 vouchers sold doubling over the next highest feature in that same category! This was a monumental moment not only for the business, but also for the industry as more everyday women are becoming aware of the benefits of exotic dance and pole fitness.

On Febraury 11, 2010, Sexy Silhouettes By Sara became an accredited business of the Better Business Bureau. For more information, please view our Report Card. It is a great honor and we are very proud to be a member of this prestigious organization.

Our first exhibition experience was that of the Head to Toe Women's Expo held April 16-18, 2010. Many opportunites were sent our way including becoming a part of the Ardyss team and also making contact with San Diego Woman magazine. Both have yielded great success and empower us to achieve more. Sexy Silhouettes will appear in the August 2010 issue of San Diego Woman magazine.

On August 5, 2010, Sexy Silhouettes By Sara was a guest on Naughty Americans, a LIVE weekday dating, love, relationship advice show with Dallas Lowe. It was one of the most unique experiences we have ever had!! FUN times and we look forward to being a returning guest in the near future. Click here to see Dallas talk a lesson from yours truly!!

Of course, our success does not stop here. Being that we are C.C.P., we will continue to grow with our industry and become more innovative with our ideas, choreography, and techniques. We will continue to strive to be our best and learn from the best and one day become a member of the elite Exotic Dance and Pole Fitness schools worldwide.
